Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead everyday ophthalmic outpatient clinics (OPD), addressing complex refractive errors, glaucoma tracking, and diabetic retinopathy screenings
  • Perform independent anterior segment surgeries, with a strong focus on topical micro-incision cataract surgeries (MICS/Phacoemulsification) and premium IOL implantations
  • Execute minor ocular interventions including pterygium excision with autografting, chalazion incision and curettage, and medical retina procedures
  • Manage acute trauma and ophthalmic emergencies including corneal foreign body removals, chemical injuries, and acute congestive glaucoma

Job Description:

Skills Required:

  • Adept technical familiarity with YAG laser capsulotomy and peripheral iridotomy procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to seamlessly handle geriatric patients and provide reassuring counsel regarding vision recovery timelines
