We are hiring a Consultant Nephrologist for a well-known multi-specialty hospital in Kota, Rajasthan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures, ensuring strict quality control and safety protocols
• Diagnose and treat acute kidney injury (AKI), chronic kidney disease (CKD), glomerulonephritis, and complex electrolyte imbalances
• Perform renal biopsies, temporary and permanent hemodialysis catheter insertions (permcath), and critical care nephrology interventions
• Provide pre-transplant workup, post-transplant immunosuppressive management, and longitudinal follow-up for renal patients

Job Description:

• We are seeking a Consultant Nephrologist to lead and expand the nephrology and dialysis department at a premier hospital in Kota.
• The role involves managing outpatient clinics, inpatient consultations, dialysis unit oversight, and emergency renal care referrals.
• The ideal practitioner demonstrates high clinical acumen, procedure skills, and patient-first medical ethics.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in renal replacement therapies, hemodialysis prescription, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
• Proficiency in ultrasound-guided renal biopsy and central venous access line insertions
• Strong clinical judgment in managing hypertensive emergencies, diabetic nephropathy, and end-stage renal disease (ESRD)
• Empathetic communication skills to guide chronic dialysis patients and family members through care plans
