Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise high-volume antenatal and gynecology OPD setups, evaluating reproductive tracking charts, menstrual abnormalities, and family planning solutions
• Perform elective and emergency major surgeries independently, including Lower Segment Cesarean Sections (LSCS), abdominal/vaginal hysterectomies, and ectopic pregnancy management
• Conduct minor surgical interventions such as D&C, cervical biopsies, polypectomies, and basic diagnostic laparoscopies
• Manage critical labor room emergencies effectively, including severe pre-eclampsia, uterine rupture risks, and active postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) protocols
