We are hiring a Consultant Pediatrician for a well-known multi-specialty hospital in Chitrakoot, Madhya Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat common to complex pediatric illnesses, infectious diseases, and growth disorders in infants, children, and adolescents
• Attend high-risk deliveries and manage immediate neonatal resuscitation, phototherapy, and specialized NICU/SNCU protocols
• Oversee routine pediatric immunizations, developmental monitoring, nutritional counseling, and preventive health checks
• Handle pediatric critical care emergencies, manage fluid therapy, and coordinate care with pediatric surgical teams when necessary

Job Description:

• We are seeking a dedicated Consultant Pediatrician to head pediatric and neonatal care services at a established hospital in Chitrakoot.
• The role encompasses outpatient pediatric assessments, inpatient care management, emergency care, and neonatal attendance.
• The ideal practitioner demonstrates quick emergency response skills, compassionate patient communication, and thorough clinical knowledge.
• Offers active clinical practice supported by dedicated labor room integration, modern NICU setups, and experienced nursing staff.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in neonatal resuscitation protocols (NRP), intubation, peripheral line placement, and NICU management
• Strong diagnostic expertise in acute pediatric infections, respiratory distress, and nutritional deficiencies
• Ability to handle acute emergency cases calmly and quickly under critical conditions
• Warm, clear communication skills to counsel anxious parents regarding pediatric health, growth milestones, and care plans
