We are hiring a Consultant ENT Surgeon for an established and highly reputed multi-specialty healthcare facility located in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct everyday outpatient (OPD) clinics for diverse pathologies covering chronic sinusitis, otitis media, hearing loss, and vertigo anomalies
• Perform routine and advanced ENT surgeries independently, including Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, Septoplasty, and micro-ear surgeries (Tympanoplasty)
• Manage diagnostic nasal endoscopies, laryngoscopies, and diagnostic evaluations within the clinic setup
• Provide rapid clinical responses for acute airway emergencies, epistaxis, and impacted aerodigestive foreign body extractions

Job Description:

Skills Required:

• Excellent manual dexterity for delicate micro-otological and endoscopic sinus surgical maneuvers
• Proficient interpretation of pure tone audiometry (PTA), tympanometry curves, and high-resolution CT scans of the paranasal sinuses
• Adept hands-on mastery over operating rigid/flexible endoscopes, specialized ENT micro-debriders, and surgical microscopes
• Empathetic communication to confidently explain surgical outcomes and post-operative home care to a diverse regional patient base
